Necklace includes one washer disc with a Heart Charm and two Swarovski Crystal charms (you can choose the colour of the charms, with a open heart charm all mounted on a design bail adorned on a 50cm – 20in sterling silver plated Snake Chain.

PLEASE NOTE: My personalized custom charms are hand stamped using special tools. Each letter is individually stamped into the metal. As such, each letter may not line up perfectly and some letters may be deeper than the others. This is the art of hand stamped items; it makes them all unique and different and no two items are the same!
